TENNIS CAMP

The Sarojini Cricket and Fitness Academy will organise a tennis camp during summer for boys and girls at the Labour Welfare Centre (Azamabad) from April 20. Former State ranking players V. Srikanth and Giridhar Reddy will be in-charge of the camp.

Former Davis Cup player S.P. Misra will visit the camp once in a fortnight. Special emphasis will be on physical fitness. More details can be had 98490 34655.

SUMMER COACHING CAMP

Sports Coaching Foundation (Masab Tank) will organise its ninth summer coaching camp from April 25 to July 10. Facilities available for different age group trainees include nine full-fledged cricket nets with floodlights, electronic bowling machine,astro-synthetic wickets, sports audio visual centre and trainee medical card. Former Ranji stars will be involved in the camp actively.

 JUDO SELECTION TRAILS AND COACHING 

Hyderabad District Judo Association(HDJA) will organise District championship cum selection trials for sub-junior boys and girls on April 29 at Quli Qutub Shahi Stadium. .

Consistent performers will be picked to represent the district in the inter-district championship to be held in the first week of May. The best performers in the inter -district meet will be picked for the South Zone championship to be held in Vizag from May 25 to 27. Interested clubs and teams may contact MA Aziz, Secretary of HDJA on Phone # 451 0374.

APFA'S SUB JUNIORS CAMP
Andhra Pradesh Football Association(APFA) will organise a sub-juniors (under 15) camp from April 17 at Gymkhana Grounds. Acharya and Syed Ghalib will be the coaches for the camp aimed to pick the state team for the sub-junior nationals to be held in Kerala in the first week of May.

APFA also announced the under-19 camp at Gymkhana Grounds with John Victor as coach and the under 21 camp at Goshamahal Grounds with Mohd Ali and Saleem as coaches, both commencing on April 17. Interested candidates may contact APFA office in the evenings.
