from Osmania University in 1973, I started my career
as a medical representative. After my marriage I
could not continue the job. As I was very much interested
in cooking, I started Komal Kala Niketan - to teach

explained Mrs. Kusum.

for these courses. So I design my courses in such
a manner that the students can learn in a short
period of time," said Mrs. Kusum.

eatables. She applies these notes wherever possible.

dish or juice or salad is helpful for health. She
says, " few years ago I was suffering from
piles and doctors advised me to go for an operation.
Then I applied my knowledge and prepared a juice
with Coriandrum, Pudina, Keera and Buttermilk which
I had it periodically. With in three days, I got
complete relief from the piles."

seasonal fruits as possible. She says instead of
spending on the soft drinks, we can prepare fresh
fruits juices, which are good for our health as
they are rich in minerals and vitamins. Believing
