says twenty five year old Kareem Abdul Mohammad
who is just beginning to make a mark in the glamorous
field of modelling. One more product of the ace
choreographer Imran Khan's Runway Modelling Institute,
Kareem puts tons of effort in shaping up his body
which includes practicing for three hours daily
in the gym and taking food in controlled proportions.
"Although I have a great fascination for
kebabs, but due to focus on my physique I had to
sacrifice them," says tall and handsome
graduate from Melbourne University, Australia Kareem
has worked with top female models like Tora,
Aanchal and Karishma Rao. He has given
more than ninety fashion shows all over India with
his mentor Imran Khan. At present there is nothing
in the mind of Kareem except modelling. He has taken
modelling as a career and is channeling all his
energies to excel in this field. "Right
now I am fully dedicated to my profession and I
want to prove myself as a successful model,"
says Kareem resolutely.
is very enthusiastic about the modelling scenario
in India in general and Hyderabad in particular.
"The modelling industry is in the upswing right
now in India. The rising number of fashion shows
across the country particularly Hyderabad is a testimony
to this fact. In the last few months alone, I have
given more than forty shows," says Kareem
who is zooming ahead in the booming modelling field.
And what are his hobbies? "My biggest hobby is
body building," says Kareem. Besides body building,
Kareem also listens to music and tries his hand
at dancing. And who are his favourite models? "Marcus
